We can build many models of mining dewatering pumps.



1. Double suction pump has structure of horizontal shaft, middle split pump body, double suction port and centrifugal working conditions. They can fulfill big outflow max 5000m3/h and reach higher head lift max 140m. The popular models ranges 600-200m3/h of outflow, which are better moving and not so big suction hoses equipped.



2. Slurry pump can handle liquid with mud, sand or coal power. Those have stronger impeller and pump casing even heavy duty shaft.



3. Fire fighting underground mine dewatering pump working for safety and fire control, many petroleum plants have those in stock.

General steps of assembly before operations




 



2.1 Check the specifications of the machine and accessory spares.If no damage and deformation,you can assemble them.



2.2 Connect the flanged steel pipe with the bottom valve,between them is one seal cushion.Connect the pipelines as well as the elbow with the pump suction end,do not foget the seal cushion,otherwise air leakage will happen,which will make suction fault.



2.3 Twining raw tape with flanged pipeline,then connect the priming water vave as well as the hose.



2.4 Connect the outlet flange and the reducer.Then connect the gate valve,not-return valve with the reducer.Use bolt,flat cushion and spring cushion to connect tightly,otherwishe air leakage will happen.



2.5 The height of the water pump is local atmosphere deduct NPSH then deduct 0.5m.



2.6 According to the local conditions,connect the machine on the ground tightly.The platform must be horizontal to guarantee the machine run stable and reliable.Connect the delivery pipeline tightly to avoid water leakage.



2.7 Prepare two pcs 12V DC batteries in tandem.Connect the positive end of the batteries and the start motor,the earth wire on the mounting base.
